The Mission
Our Mission at Pilot Baptist Church is, "To proclaim the gospel through witnessing, teaching, and preaching the Word of God; to individually and collectively worship God through praise and thanksgiving; to encourage spiritual growth within the fellowship; and to respond lovingly in Jesus' name to the needs of people within our church neighborhood and around the world."
The Vision
The vision of Pilot Baptist Church is to be a life-giving community of Christians that seek to “grow” and mature in our lives of faith. One that builds up the body of Christ “equipping the saints” of this community for a life of commitment and service. We strive to speak the truth of God’s love, forgiveness and acceptance for all people. We are a community of faith who seek to “go,” to reach out to others, to our community and to the world following the great commission, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you.” We are disciples of Christ Jesus who seek to do the will of God.”
